This beautiful and strange short film about falling in love for the first time is the perfect precursor to director Spike Jonze's new film, Her (2013), released next month in the UK. Filmed on location in Los Angeles and starring a couple of Chris Cunninghamesque robots, voiced by Andrew Garfield and Sienna Guillory, I'm Here (2010) is a typically Jonzeian affair that will definitely whet the appetite in preparation for next month's heavily hyped offerings.
PictureBox are also showing the film that propelled Jonze to cult-status this month. The fantastic, Being John Malkovich (1999) is well worth a revisit.
